The food is always amazing and there are some absolute must-have dishes like the Texas Brisket, the Kentucky Fried Duck and the Mac n Cheese. Everything is served in a really stylish way and the ambiance is great. You can easily lose hours in there enjoying the food and drinks.
The service is top notch and Bonnie is always a complete pleasure. She makes every diner feel special and really knows everything about the menu.
If you're in Brisbane, do yourself a favour and head to Public. You won't regret it.
