A longtime must for vino lovers, the iconic Must Winebar in Highgate, has just announced they'll be closing their doors after twenty years of service.

Diners are urged to head in and enjoy the delicious French Provincial-inspired dishes by renowned West Aussie chef, Russell Blaikie, while they can—we suggest going with house favourites like the charcuterie plate, chicken liver pate, or crab angel hair pasta with tomato, basil and chilli. 

There's no doubt the simple-yet-delicious bistro style food has earnt plenty of love over the years, but let's not forget the exceptional beverage list. It is a wine bar after all, and picking the perfect drop to go with your meal is no problem with their talented Sommeliers on hand to help. When you're done with the wine, you can always dig into the cocktail list.
