Friyay At Melbourne’s Hottest New Venue
FRIDAY 21 FEB | 7PM SESSION (Session 2)
Skip the boring old Friday pub session and skip to Can’t Do Tomorrow’s lineups of lifesize 3D installations, art chats and disco beats. In the 7pm session, LA-based artist Aaron Rose joins The Design Files’ Lucy Feagins for an intimate discussion about Rose’s career and his influence on the 90s New York street art scene. Then immerse yourself in a game of Exquisite Corpse (it’s less creepy than it sounds, we promise), check out one of the largest moving outdoor galleries in Australia, or bliss out to all things deep and dubby with some seriously dope musical acts.
Meet 'China’s Banksy'
SATURDAY 22 FEB | 1-2PM (Session 1)
Chinese-Australian artist Badiucao is one of the most popular and prominent political artists in China. You can catch him speak at the first session on this day. His exhibition was initially set to be shown in Hong Kong but the organisers cancelled the event following threats made by Chinese authorities. At all sessions throughout the festival you can catch the world premiere of Badiucao’s never-been-seen show Made In Hong Kong. Banned In China. and see what all the fuss is about. Stencil Workshop With Blender Studios
Sunday 23 FEB | 11AM-1PM (session 1)
