Winter 2018 takes your cool millennial pinks and raises the stakes (or shades) up a notch. That’s right, hot pink is coming in well, hot, and ladies we’re all over this one.

It’s an intense colour that’s for sure, but it’s a far-cry from the traditionalist winter uniform of blacks and greys and during the bleaker seasons, any such fun injection is welcome.

If you need a little convincing with this one, check in with our fave retailer crews—anyone from Scanlan & Theodore, Aje and even Zara—they’ve all well and truly read the hot pink memo.

If a bright pink knit is too much for you, you could always ease into the trend with a lipstick or nail polish. Nars’ Schiap shade (an ode to Elsa Schiaparelli) will do just the trick.

Here’s to staying hot when it’s meant to be getting cold!
