ICYMI the legends over at Lush just get us; we want to save the animals and we want our hair on fleek, and now thanks to them we can do both (yes, even the most budget ballers out there can afford this one).
Introducing their #SOSsumatra campaign to save one of the cutest furry friends going around, the Sumatran Orangutan, and purchase 50 hectares of a now disused palm oil plantation and turn it into a permaculture demo site. We know, we love this also.
You can get in on the action with their limited-edition SOS Sumatra shampoo bar (for a cheeky $14.95) and they’ll donate all the sales (minus the GST) to the Sumatran Orangutan Society to help purchase the land and keep all the cute AF orangutan babies safe. The bar itself uses extra virgin coconut oil from an island off the mainland of Sumatra, and other goodies to keep your locks lush AF (geddit?) and smelling of patchouli and orange oils.
You can nab one for yourself and your bestie from March 16 – March 28.
Did you know we're getting our very own Huxtaburger?
