If you've been looking for a reason to check out the world's tallest indoor waterfall, now's your chance. Low-cost airline Scoot is currently slinging one-way fares to Singapore for peanuts.

Prices start at $129 one way from Perth, $159 from Gold Coast and $169 from Sydney and Melbourne including all taxes.

While the fares don't include baggage or food, you can always BYO snacks, plus you really don't need to pack much when you're travelling to the humid climes of Singapore. But if you simply must have these luxuries you can go right ahead and add them onto your fare. And if you really want to bliss out you can upgrade to the Scoot in Silence cabin, where no under 12’s are allowed.

The sale kicks off Wednesday 24 July, so mark your calendar. There are some blackout periods, but if you book travel before 20 September 2019 and between 8 October to 30 November and 10 Febuary to 31 March 2020 you're pretty much guaranteed to score an absolutely epic deal.

Now that the flights are taken care of, it's time for the fun part. Here's what to eat, drink, see and do in 24 hours, eight ways to tackle Singapore solo and, if you're as big a fan of Crazy Rich Asians as we are, here are the top sights to scope out as featured in the hit series (and movie).
