WOMANz a.k.a. Tessa Waters, is a sexually liberated goddess from the stars and is in New Zealand and ready to party. This physical comedy includes spandex, sequins and killer dance moves for a great night of entertainment.

TEDx | Shed 10
Returning this year with the theme of Flipside, TEDx hits Shed 10 this weekend. Kicking off on Thursday afternoon, there will be a fleet of food trucks to get your fill in the evening break and then on Friday there are talks throughout the day followed by a special two-hour lunch and after-party. Flipside encourages seeing old problems in a new way, sidestepping power structures, gender, race and geography.
Cinco de Mayo: Margarita Masterclass | Mexico

Swiss Market Day | Danish House
Head along to Penrose’s Danish House this Saturday for chocolates, cheese, croissants and yodels at the Swiss Market Day. With a great Swiss atmosphere and traditions, you’ll be able to savour all the deliciousness that Switzerland has to offer. Expect Swiss breads, pastries, Bratwurst sausages and holey cheeses and more—your tummy will be mighty pleased with you. Explore Waiheke Half Marathon | Waiheke Island
Fitness buffs, get those sneakers on and head to Waiheke this Saturday for a brand new event, the Explore Waiheke Half Marathon. Incorporating a 21km half marathon as well as a ten and two km run, the course will lead you past stunning beaches, beautiful vineyards and along quiet country roads and will finish at the spectacular Cable Bay Vineyards. Afterwards, well, look at where you are—it’d be a crime not to enjoy a vino and food to celebrate your amazing fitness.
