50 Ways To Show A Random Act Of Kindness

Life can get pretty damn hard sometimes. With life seemingly more stressful every single day, it can feel isolating and as if it’s one against the world!

But, fear not, as there’s one little secret that will help make your days and nights that little bit brighter. And nope, it’s not about winning the lottery or becoming an overnight success. It’s about kindness—not the sort where other people show it to you, but you show it to them. You’ll receive a smile, that smile will fill you up and on and on it will continue in a cycle of warm fuzzies.

And so, just to prove how wonderful life can be, we’ve come up with a list of 50 really easy ways you can show a random act of kindness to brighten up your life as well as those around you. Nawwww.

  1. Take your granny some treats from Little & Friday.
  2. That friend who has just had a baby? Go directly to her house, do the laundry, clean the house and then leave.
  3. Even better, make her a meal and a cuppa at the same time.
  4. Pass your parking ticket with loads of time on it onto the next person.
  5. Go to a café and slip your waiter/waitress the biggest note you can afford.
  6. And then tell their manager how wonderful they were.
  7. Leave kind post-it notes in random public bathrooms.
