With every dish practically an artistic masterpiece, you won’t know which to choose. Our top pick would have to be the star anise chicken thighs, which are smothered in a foodgasmic peanut butter coating and served on Vietnamese noodles, savoy cabbage, with bean sprout and crushed cashew. It’s sweet, sour, sticky and so swoon-worthy you’ll catch yourself daydreaming about it! Or, opt for the unique bulgabi beef burger which stars fried kimchi, whipped blue cheese foam and micro greens, it’s a droolworthy new take on the humble burger.
Been on the lookout for a fresh new flavour? Look no further than the fragrant deep-fried ginger tofu. The tofu is served on a bed of Asian mixed greens and jasmine rice topped with deep-fried lotus and ponzu dressing, It’ll definitely put a spring in your step and is sure to give your taste buds the wizz-bang they’ve been longing for. Under a sprinkle of edible flowers, it’s almost too stunning to eat...almost.
And then there’s the too-gorgeous-for-words cabinet. Behind these goodies is a pair of the most talented twins in Auckland, pastry chef and culinary superstars Sunny and Jinny. Unleashing their creative talents in full force, their cabinet features house-made raspberry Boston cream doughnuts, raw raspberry and coconut cake, black forest, and Jinny’s top pick, the chocolate peanut butter cake—topped with cookies of course!
But wait...there’s more! Their signature berry cheesecake features a light and fluffy cream cheese and berry combo served on a crunchy crumble cinnamon base. Focusing on flavour, it lives up to the twin’s mission to keep things “sweet, yet tasty” and boy does it deliver!
