While we know it’s not very enticing to get out of your oh-so-cosy bed in these sub-zero temps, the idea of heading to a hot yoga studio to warm those chilly bones might just convince you. Hot yoga, which can often be confused with Bikram (40-degree temp), is a warm temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. It’s just enough to get your sweat on, but you won’t have to worry about struggling to breathe. We think it’s a great compromise. And so, if you’re keen to hop on the yoga bandwagon, but want yours with a little warmth, then check out our list of where to find Auckland best hot yoga spots below.
