Uncle Tetsu’s New Cheesecake

It’s hard to believe that a year has already flown by since the fluffy Japanese cheesecake made waves in Auckland. To celebrate their one year anniversary, Uncle Tetsu has released their new premium cheesecake where they take the words fluffy and jiggly to a whole new level. The Angel Cheesecake will feature custard cream cheese and it will be available from the 1st of October from their Queen Street store. Click here for more information

Paua carbonara, paua agnolotti with bonito broth, and creamed paua soup served with a 63° egg are also on the menu. The three-course, prix-fixe menu starts at $29.95 and is available from 12-4pm, seven days a week, until the end of October.

New Products At Sabato

Our favourite fine food store Sabato is kicking off spring in proper fashion: new food! They are introducing an apple condiment from Pons to take your roasted and grilled meats and veggies to a whole new level of crisp apple, tangy deliciousness. You can even serve it on top of some ice cream to make that scoop even sweeter and more indulgent. Pons Apple Condiment can be found in the Sabato retail store located in Mount Eden.
