Put three chefs, six courses and one of the best restaurants in Auckland together, and you’ve got one of the best foodie nights this year.
Hosted at FISH restaurant in the beautiful Hilton Hotel, the knives will be out as Gareth Stewart, Shane Yardley and Luke Mangan create two dishes each for an stellar six course degustation menu.
Well-known My Kitchen Rules judge, Gareth Stewart hardly needs an introduction. The popular TV star has recently replaced Simon Gault as executive chef across the Nourish Group eateries, including Euro.
Shane Yardley is executive chef at FISH and worked with Simon Gault for almost 20 years. This guy knows his cooking stuff.
And last but not least, Luke Mangan’s name may not be familar within the Auckland foodie scene, but he’s the man behind Sydney’s Glass Brasserie and has more than 10 restaurants across Australia and Asia. This guy obvs has what it takes to impress.
If that’s not enough, each dish is served alongside hand-picked New Zealand vino, and with views over the stunning Waitemata Harbour, this is the ultimate culinary indulgence.
