Brought to us by owner Chelsea Eden, this new gem draws inspiration from Suva, Fiji—Chelsea’s hometown. Bringing a slice of tropical paradise to Epsom, the space is light and bright decked out with motifs and nods to her Fijian heritage.
“We’re focused on serving good classic eats,” says Chelsea. “After years of working in the industry, I’m really excited for my next big challenge.”
A peep inside will have you face to face with a delicious display to feast your eyes on. Showcasing Chelsea's flair for baking in full force, the front of house cabinet is jam-packed with all sorts of goodies, from carrot cake to loaves and wicked sammies to boot! If you’re on the go, Husk is set to be your one-stop spot.
The menu also offers a range of tried and tested classics we all know and love.
Our top pick is the pancakes. A glorious stack of happiness, these bad boys are topped with grilled banana, ooze berries and a swirl of maple syrup. Light and oh so fluffy they are not one to miss.
