She’s the Kiwi everyone loves to…well…love…and now, Nadia Lim is launching New Zealand’s first Peruvian pop-up restaurant!
For one night only, one of Auckland’s most beautiful restaurants, Pilkington’s, will be transformed into a cultural and culinary delight. The menu, created by Nadia, includes a mouth-watering five courses that’s all about sharing, tasting plates and experimenting with new flavours.
“Peruvian cuisine is full of flavour, colour and textures with influences from many European, Asian and African cuisines,” Nadia explains. “It’s exotic, diverse and unique.”
The food menu is centred around quinoa (pronounced ‘keen-wah), in celebration of the launch of Ceres Organics’ White Quinoa in its new, world first, see-through home combustible pack. This baby will break down in just six weeks in the home compost bin or worm farm! Go Ceres Organics!
Meanwhile, the restaurant will be styled by artist and illustrator Evie Kemp.
So, book in for this epic meal asap because tickets are sure to run out fast. For $60, you’ll get five dishes, one drink and goodie bag to take home. Yewwww!
