Find the bright and positive side of cardio with The Colour Run! This event breaks all the traditional ideas of exercise as you can walk the track, run, dance or skip your way through. As long as you’re having a good time, get your body moving while being attacked by the entire colour spectrum of the rainbow, you’re good!
The run will take place bright and early at the QBE Stadium, Albany on Sunday, 11th March. The 5km course will keep you constantly entertained with different colour zones—you won’t even realize that you’re exercising. Photographers will be scattered around the course to capture the fun and it’ll add a unicorn wonderland aesthetic to your Instagram feed.
We’ve all had ‘running a marathon’ in our bucket list at one point in our lives and most of us have faced the reality of how that is never gonna happen. All that training, preparation and seriously, not a lot of us have the time and motivation for 42km of blood, sweat and tears. This event is perfect for those who want the marathon vibes but not the intensity and competitive factors. The Colour Run isn’t about who finishes first and breaking speed records, it’s purely about having a good time where everyone is treated like a winner and you even get a medal at the finish line.
