Ever wanted to take the ‘my body is my canvas’ approach to life but don’t quite have the guts to get inked? This weekend you can witness what it takes (needles and all) at Smith & Caughey’s pop-up tattoo parlour.
Yep, their iconic Queen Street window will be taken over by tattoo wizard, Stefan Sinclair as he works his inky magic for all to see. The Two Hands Tattoo artist is set to give all us regular folk an insight into the world of tattoo artistry—and who knows, once you see what this guy can do, you might be tempted to take the plunge yourself?
Just like tats, jeans are durable, timeless and tell a unique story. The tattoo parlour celebrates the release of Neuw Denim to Smith & Caughey’s—a brand that pushes the boundaries as a staple for those who choose a life less ordinary.
Even if you still can’t bring yourself to give your skin to the ink, at least you’ll be able to say you’ve watched someone else to do in the flesh. And that’s pretty much the same thing, right?
Make sure you cruise on down to watch one of New Zealand’s best tattoo artists do their thing. And while you’re there, pick up some new jeans for winter… you might need some to hide that new ankle tat every once and a while.
