Brisbane is having a real sushi moment. Everywhere you look there are new restaurants opening up to cater to our love affair with the cuisine.
As with a lot of epicurean options in Brisbane, there is plenty of high-quality fare in the CBD, but just how far afield does that quality go? Does the sushi train extend into the 'burbs? Or do you have to be inner city to experience the best?
