Easily serving up some of the best brownies in Brisbane, their flourless salted caramel brownie is so good, it gives you face tingles.
Jocelyn’s Provisions and brownies is an enduring love affair that requires some airtime. From blondies to pecan and chocolate brownies, chocolate fudge brownies to triple chocolate brownies, Jocey's got the goods. We recommend (obviously) you try them all immediately!
Kokopod's kitchen is based in Brisbane and delivers to your door to ensure the freshest and highest quality brownies land in your lap—no footwork required. You won’t find baked goods this amazing anywhere in Australia, Kokopod source their fair trade cacao from Switzerland, the chocolate equivalent of Nirvana. The raspberry brownies sprinkled with icing sugar are a crowd favourite and an absolute must-try.
The Baker’s Arms
This specialty bakehouse would make Willy Wonker proud as punch. The Baker’s Arms in Woolloongabba have highly skilled artisan bakers, whom we like to refer to as the brownie whisperers. The salted caramel and popcorn hedgehog has the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness… death by brownie may take place. Is there a better way to go?
Chester Street Bakery and Bar
Chester Street Bakery and Bar in Newstead has the most mesmerising display of sweet treats, and yep, that includes brownies. The pecan brownie is our fave, but try not to get distracted by all the other cakes, we dare you!
Southside Tea Room
Just south of the river, Southside Tea Room in Morningside have been quietly satstfying suothsiders sweet tooths with their home made brownies. Check out their daily selection of classic chocolate brownies fresh from the oven, but personally, we're smitten with their indulgent smarties brownie. Dangerousy good!
Choose from thirty different types of brownies at this iconic Brissy market stalwart. Yep, thirty! Ferrerolicious brownie, malteaser brownie, mint-haven brownie, the list goes on and on and on... Zoe’s Brownies are a hidden gem that you can find at various Brisbane and Ipswich markets, or place an order and buy bulk brownies for when the chocolate cravings hit. Preparation is key to brownie addiction.

Dandelion and Driftwood are taking over the world, one cake at a time. They have a whole menu dedicated to sweets, where you’ll find the triple chocolate brownie that’ll titillate your entire being.
I Heart Brownies
Tucked down Bakery Lane in The Valley, I Heart Brownies spearheaded a brownie renaissance in Brisbane. Thier classic brownie is littered with chewy chocolate chips, and with flavours like turkish delight, peanut butter, Nutella (yes, the centre is gooey), and Jaffa—words don't do it justice—this prettily pink bakery is the stuff of dreams.
Dello Mano in Newstead have a loyal following of brownie addicts, from locals to famous Hollowood actors. Clearly they're all on to something. From their classic chocolate brownie, to more 'exotic' flavours such as pistachio and rosewater—totally amazing!—, peanut butter, and caramalised macadamia, Dello Mano are chewy awesomeness that have become a Brisbane staple. If you buy your morning coffee here, you'll know that they pop a brownie 'bite' atop your cup, because they're straight up legends like that.
With a focus on healthy, nutritious food, Wilde Kitchen isn't the first spot to sniff out one of Brisbane's best brownies, but you'd be dead wrong. Their take on the humble brownie, while technically gluten free, is more than worthy of a spot on this list; its fluffy but dense, chewy but light texture, and the fact that it tastes freaking delicious is all the proof you need.
