Winter might almost be officially here but that doesn’t mean that Brisbane is slowing down any time soon; there's oodles of things to do in Brisbane this weekend. Our sub-tropical climate means that now is the perfect time to get to ticking off those local exploration goals without drowning in your own sweat.

This weekend we’ve got everything from a nerd-themed burlesque extravaganza to Brisbane’s very own film festival and the opening weekend of QAGOMA’s latest exhibition. See, we told you, Brisbane can’t stop and it won’t stop. Just grab your favourite people and accept your fate. You can totally thank us later.
