Anyone that’s ever tried the gift to life that is KBBQ or belted out a K-Pop song at a karaoke bar knows that South Korea knows a thing or two when it comes to having a rollicking good time.

And, because we all love a good food and culture fest, we're gearing up for the annual Korean Festival Day—back and bigger than ever!

In ode to this culture-filled, effervescent country, King George Square is set to be transformed into a humongous, gorgeous hub of all things South Korean. Last year alone, over 50,000 rocked up—so you know it’s gonna be good!

Sample incredible Korean dishes (we’re talking fresh AF bibimbap, bulgogi, KFC—that’s Korean fried chicken, guys—even everyone’s fave pickled dish, kimchi), experience traditional Samul-Nori performances and Taekwondo shows, even take in a K-Pop dance show! With all this and live music throughout the day, Korean Festival Day is set to be an fun-filled day of colours and culture, food and fan-girls (because K-Pop. Look it up).

The best bit? Entrance is free, so OF COURSE you’re going to pop down and get involved.
