The British Film Festival
The BBC First British Film Festival returns for its third year with a standout selection of Festival favourites and box office hits from the British Isles. The 2015 program includes the highly anticipated film 'Youth' starring veteran British actor Michael Caine, tipped for an Oscar nomination.

Nodo Donuts Opening Party
You may be familiar with Nodo Donut’s fine work distributing delicious gluten-free donuts across Brisbane, but today marks the day Nodo launch their very own bakery HQ in Newstead! Australian Netball Captain and donut-lover Laura Geitz will be there to open proceedings.

Good Food & Wine Show
What's good? Food and wine, obvs, so the Good Food Wine Show is 100% on point every year, with their celebration of everything that makes food and wine the best thing in life. Halloween | Mighty Mighty

Open Air Cinema
Cute cocktail haunt, Canvas in Woolloongabba has a monthly open air cinema in their courtyard, and there's nothing we love more than an outdoor cinema that comes with cocktails! This Sunday, in honour of Halloween, the Canvas crew will be showing two classics from 6:00pm: Edward Scissorhands and at 8:00pm, Alfred Hitchcock's 'The Birds'.
