The Urban List is home to some serious cheese nuts. We’ve been known to switch a birthday cake for a wheel of brie, when ordering pizza we make like Kevin McAllister and always choose the cheesiest option, and in the eternal dessert VS cheese platter struggle, cheese always comes out on top.
And we know we’re not alone, ‘cause Brisbane is home to some epic cheese feasts: be it a cheese-stuffed burger, oozy soufflé, gooey bake camembert, crispy grilled cheese, or a well stocked cheese platter, there’s no shortage of cheese dishes to keep our dairy quota up.
