Queensland's leading wedding artisans are converging on Lightspace studios tonight to present a one-stop planning shop for the bride-to-be's of Brisbane. Semi-Permanent | Brisbane Convention Centre

Semi-Permanent is a creative platform spreading art and design inspiration. It's coming back to Brisbane today for its 6th year. Each year the conference features exceptional artists, designers, typographers, and creative directors. This year's line up is no exception. The TUL team will be going to check this one out!

Achromatism | Blakehouse Gallery

Achromatism is the opening event/exhibition of the Semi-Permanent conference. Eight local artists were asked to submit a single artwork using only the colours black and white. Featuring artists Magnus McTavish and Ray Coffey.

Friday 1st

Merlo Coffee Appreciation Session
The crew at Merlo know how to roast a great bean, and they want you to learn how. They're holding a series of education mornings, where you can tour their roasting facility, and learn the ins and outs of a good bean. Whether you're a clueless drinker or a coffee connoisseur, everyone will walk away with a little more coffee knowledge.

Salsa Street Spectacular | Fortitude Valley

We are so stoked these little laneway events are becoming more frequent! Get on down to Marshall Street in the Valley for a FREE Latin street party. There are live bands, DJ's, and dancers that will give you a free Latin dance lesson. Plus a heap of food stalls for when you twerk up an appetite.

Containerval | Northshore Hamilton
