This Week in Brisbane

Want to know what's going on in Brisbane this week? Read on. We've got it covered.

SALE | Lee Mathews

One of our favourite James Street boutiques is on sale! That's right, up to 50% off their beautiful clothes, shoes and accessories.

Seinfeld Trivia Night | Black Bear Lodge

Their Simpson's trivia night was a roaring success, and off the back of that, Black Bear is holding a Seinfeld edition. They were packed to the rafters last time, so you'd want to get there early to secure a seat. And yes, pretzels will be provided.

When: From 7.00pm

Roast Night | Claret House

We suggest stopping by Teneriffe's Claret House for their Wednesday night roast.

I Used To Skate Once | The Zoo

If you're cool, you've heard of 'I Used To Skate Once' before. Running for its 7th year, The Outpost's art and music event is still going strong. With local, interstate and international creatives showcasing their works on old skateboards, head along to The Zoo to check out the exhibition.

Pre-match Dining | ARIA

ARIA is opening for lunch before the Wallabies clash with the Lions this Saturday. And, they're offering up some great deals too – 1 course for $36, 2 courses for $56 or 3 courses for $72. It sounds a whole lot better than a cold pie and flat beer, if you ask me.

A Middle Eastern Feast | Lightspace

Local Brisbane charity, Monochrome International is putting on a special event designed to raise funds for Tanzanian street orphans. The Middle Eastern themed event will be held in the beautiful Liightspace in Fortitude Valley and will see guests presented with a 20-course banquet, prepared by Israeli chef,  Adiel Ben-Karmona.

Tickets: $55 from www.eventbrite.com.au/event/6796555681/

Sunday Roast | Lock'n'Load

Stop by Lock'n'Load in West End for their Sunday roast special. With a band playing from 3pm, it's perfect for a chilly winter arvo'.

Pork & Pinot | Cove Bar & Dining

Cove's Head Chef, Joshua Inglis will be dishing up a new pork special every Sunday. For only 33 beans, they'll throw in a glass of their favourite Pinot Noir, too.

Seasoned Sundays | Stokehouse

Following on from Autumn Sundays, Stokehouse are coming to the table with Seasoned Sundays. For only $60 a head, indulge in three courses of fresh flavors, seasonal ingredients, and quality produce.
