Brisbane foodies and lovers of white, unite. Le Dîner en Blanc is back and is set to be bigger than ever. The crux of the event is that it's a pop-up picnic with an all-white theme. You buy a ticket online, go about purchasing an all-white outfit, and then put together a picnic basket fit for a king. And then on the day of the event you are told where it's being held. So cool!

Can you believe the Noosa Jazz Fest has been around for 22 years this year? Located in Noosa Lions Park, the festival runs from today through to Sunday 1st of September.
Headline acts this year include Elixir and Katie Noonan, The Idea of North, and Monica Trapaga. So, if you're partial to a bit of jazz flute or a trumpet solo, make the pilgrimage north and have a sticky beak.
