Josh Goot Pop-Up Sale | Emporium
Fashonistas, assemble! Australian fashion designer, Josh Goot will be holding a pop-up sale in the Emporium until Sunday 27th. The sale will showcase a selection from Josh Goot's resort '14 collection and spring/summer '13, as well as samples and archive pieces. You won't want to miss this!

Honey Degustation | Next Door Kitchen & Bar
Brisbanites, it's time to get sticky! Next Door Kitchen & Bar have joined forces with Bee One Third to celebrate the neighbourhood honey movement with a seven-course honey degustation dinner (and matching bevvies, of course!). The event is a great opportunity for you to not only meet the urban beekeepers, but to sample honey from your own postcode. Bookings are essential, so get buzzin'.

Fortitude du Fromage | Story Bridge Hotel
Beer and cheese — two of life's simplest pleasures, ammiright? In honour of all the beer and cheese lovers in our great city, the Story Bridge Hotel is proud to play host to Fortitude du Fromage, a celebration of local craft beers and sumptuous cheese varietie, where attendees can indulge in beer tastings from Brisbane's own Fortitude Brewing Co., paired with a range of cheeses.
Rick Everingham Exhibition | Emporium
Highly acclaimed Australian artist, Rick Everingham has partnered up with the Emporium to celebrate his return to Queensland, with an exhibition showcasing his latest collection. This event will run right through until 6th August, with the official opening night this Friday 25th July!

Scotch vs. Whiskey Dinner | Statler & Waldorf
We love four-course dinners (who doesn't? There's a whole extra course.), but what we love even more is a blind four-course dinner! Yep, you heard right. Statler and Waldorf are proud to announce their Scotch vs. Whiskey dinner, where guests will experience a blind comparative tasting of six international whiskeys.Tickets are $79 per person, and are strictly limited. NLNL Does Splendour | Splendour In The Grass
Splendour peeps, this one is for you! No Lights No Lycra is hitting the road, and will be popping up at this year's Splendour In The Grass Festival. Festival goers will enter a darkened 'splendour in the craft' tent and enjoy 45 minutes of rave-worthy dance tunes — I'm talking everything from MJ to MGMT, Abba to Beyonce, plus highlights of this year's festival line up! (If you're not attending the festival this year, don't fret. NLNL will still be meeting every Tuesday from 7pm at The Ukranian Centre for you to get your dance on).

Kokedama Making Workshop | Showroom
Garden gurus, this is one Brisbane event you won't want to miss! Ever wondered how the Japanese hang their Kokedama's from the ceiling so perfectly? Well now you can find out, and make your own! Showroom are hosting a kokedama making workshop this Saturday, where they'll teach you how to create a perfect little art form to hang at home. Tickets are $95 per person, and include all materials as well as tea and sweet treats on the day.
Knock Off | Brisbane Powerhouse
What better way to kick off the weekend than with a good laugh? If you're a fan of the Powerhouse's comedy Sundays, or you just love to laugh (it's good for you, you know!) then make sure you knock off early and join in on the fun at the Powerhouse's knockoff comedy every Friday.

Here at the Urban List, we can never say no to an Italian feast. So when we heard that one of our favourites were hosting a four-course dinner with matching wines, not going to lie, we got a little excited. Hops, Barrel & Grain | The Elephant Hotel
Who in their right mind would say no to a night of beer, food, and whiskey? The Elephant hotel, along with Young Henry's and Glenfidditch, are proud to be playing host to a five-course dinner, superbly matched with beer and whisky by Dan Hampton and James Buntin. Harvey's Bar and Bistro are hosting an exclusive dinner showcasing a selection of Craggy Range wines, matched with a five-course meal, to kick-off this year's James Street Food and Wine Trail.
