Whats on in Brisbane

It’s already February, meaning the holiday season is truly over and we’re well on our way into conquering 2020. You may be back in the office and the kids are back to school, but that doesn’t mean the fun has to come to an end.

We only have one month left to enjoy the scorching summer that was, and there is even an extra day of the month this year, so thanks to some help from our friends at Nando's, we've rounded up some of the hottest events in Brisbane this month. All that's left to do is pick your poison (or spice), whether it’s wholesome and mild or spicy and wild.

BrisAsia Festival

BrisAsia Fest is back for a rollick through the biggest, best and brightest in Asian culture. Expect K-Pop parties, art exhibitions, food discovery tours and every glorious kind of dish you could imagine. With so much stuff coming to Brisbane and so many events being organised, this really is the time to fully immerse yourself in everything the local Asian community has to offer. Check out all the events on the month-long calendar here.

Expect a juicy, tasty, mouth-watering sensation.

We can only predict that the show will be fierce and full of laughs.

Is it getting hot in here? The Nando’s story started in Jo’Burg back in 1987, when mates Robbie and Fernando walked into a PERi-PERi chicken restaurant as customers and came out owners. That’s the power of PERi-PERi. Since then they’ve been obsessing over those flavours, so today their famous PERi-PERi marinades, bastings and sauces are made with Nando’s very own African Bird’s Eye Chillies grown in Southern Africa, plus a dash of lemon, garlic, onion and herbs. There’s a flavour for everyone on Nando’s PERi-ometer, ranging from BBQ all the way up to Extra Hot!

For everything else happening around Perth, turn the Nando's peri-ometer right up and check out our Things To Do section for a guaranteed good time.
