Petrie Terrace cafe Hops Scotch and Beans 'The New "HSB" Roll" is sure to fill your hunger cravings. Thinking about their brioche bun with their bacon, poached eggs, hashbrown, watercress and hollandaise sauce has us drooling.
Ex aquarium turned cafe, Let Minnow has a scumptious all day breakfast menu which includes their Breaky Burger, with all the morning faves such as avocado and tomato relish included. Add some haloumi or savoury mince if you're feeling especially hungry.
Vulture Street brekky hotspot Morning After do their own take on the McDonalds McMuffin, just a helleva lot better. The 'MaMuffin' includes sausage, egg, American cheese, spiced tomato relish, and just like Maccas, it even comes with a hashbrown on the side. We're guessing you'd pick this one any day of the week.
Cream and Crema
Only thing better than bacon and eggs is bacon, eggs and halloumi and that's exactly what you'll get your 'Hands Full' with at Stafford cafe Crema & Cream.
The streaky bacon burger at King Arthur should definitely be on your bacon and egg roll hit list. The Fortitude Valley cafe's menu focuses on local and sustainable produce and with the addition of mozzarella and local greens to the classic roll, you can't go wrong here.
Over the past few years everyone seemed to catch on to how good bagels are and Java lounge in Paddington obviously got the memo. Grab their breaky bacon and egg roll on a bagel for something new. You won't regret it.
