The Big Easy has done it again, y'all, as Brisbane's American restaurant explosion continues. Bourbon Street at South Bank is serving up the best N'Awlins (and Louisiana) has to offer with a big side helping of Southern hospitality.
If dishes like crawfish ravioli in tomato creole bisque, or duck etouiffee with herbed dumplings don't float your Franco-American loving boat, then you are in the wrong place because Bourbon Street have nailed the French-inspired New Orleans eats. Sazerac and all manner of classic and twisted cocktails feature on the drink menu, and the restaurant's rollicking namesake certainly hasn't been forgotten when it comes to vibe either.
