Gorgeous French wine bar and restaurant, Greenglass is a secret dining destination in the CBD! A cross between elegant wine bars of old and a spacious NYC loft apartment, Greenglass is a literal hidden gem serving up a small but oh-so elegant French menu, paired with some of the best Aussie small batch wines in the country.
Secret bars are totally our jam, and, if you can find this place (hint: it's the black door next to The Grosvenor...), you'll be rewared with some of the best fare in town.
Monday to Friday, Greenglass is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you're a slave to caffeine, stop in on your morning commute for a takeaway coffee and a freshly made pastry (or, if you have time, hang around for a lazy brekky). Lunch and dinner, though, is a must-do: Greenglass's menu changes weekly—sometimes daily, depending on local produce and what strikes the chef's fancy—and is some of the most beautiful (and authentic) French dishes you'll find in Brisbane. Our current fave dishes are the ceviche and savoury macaron, but their Steak frites is always bang on (anything with a French sauce is fare game TBH).
Greenglass is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday-Friday and dinner on Saturday. Do yourself a favour and check it out.
