The Coop Bistro
Marrying together the dirty comfort of a fried chicken joint with the napkined service of bistro dining, The Coop Bistro welcomes a new era of bird worship.
Transforming The Flying Cock's casual bar area into a more 'formal' dining setting, The Coop's menu features all the favoured ways of taking chicken (whether in burger form, as a schnitty, broken down into constituent parts, or served in a box) with their signature buttermilk fried chicken taking pride of plate; onion rings, fries and coleslaw orbiting.
On drinks, The Coop offers a select range of beer, wine and classic cocktails that loosen you up without pulling focus; though it's hard to get distracted from a 1.5kg bowl of their twice-cooked, tangy BBQ wings.
