Launched by acclaimed chef Paul McGivern, The Wolfe has since been taken over by 2016 Chef of Year Josue Lopez, who's brought his unique kitchen talents to the Stanley Street restaurant. Dishing up sophisticated dishes that hero local produce, the menu focuses heavily on native ingredients—you might even find kangaroo and emu on your plate.
The a la carte menu is always a winner, but to really experience Josue's flair for crafting creative dishes, a degustation is the way to go. Six courses, with vegan and vegetarian options available, can be matched with wines for an an exquisite dining experience you won't believe is tucked away in the suburbs.
