Beer enthusiasts and music lovers know the place to go for a feast that tickles all the senses is Woolly Mammoth Alehouse in Fortitude Valley.
Under its new foodie arm Mammoth Meat Co, the venue’s drool-worthy new menu takes the beloved Woolly Mammoth back to its carnivorous roots, making this Fortitude Valley bar’s eats just as enjoyable as its loud jams and late nights. Woolly still stocks an impressive array of locally crafted brews (Queensland’s heftiest, in fact) and expertly concocted cocktails, and paired with their cracking food, it's become the Valley's best dining spot. Just BYO mates and a behemoth appetite—or if things get a little hairy, you can always find Mammoth Meat Co on Uber Eats.
If you're up for a great day/night, Woolly Mammoth's multi-purpose spaces consist of three very distinct areas: The Alehouse, Garden Bar and Main Stage. Each space is ideal for anything from a casual beer with pals to celebratory cocktails—maybe even a spot of giant Jenga. On Fridays, they let you name the price for your beer and donate profits to charity (what a nice bunch)!
Woolly Mammoth is a great venue for a special occasion, or simply one of those weekend sessions that go into the wee hours. We’ve all been there…
