URBAN LIST x MY DOG® EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Urban List x My Dog Canine Companions Event ("Event") organised by [Urban List Pty Ltd] ("Organiser") and MY DOG®(“Sponsor”). By registering for and attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms: 

Ticketing and Admission

  1. To attend the event, attendees must register and pay through the Eventbrite event page created by the Organiser

  2. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant or dog(s) at their discretion.

Code of Conduct

  1. All participants are expected to maintain proper conduct throughout the Event. Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  2. Participants are responsible for the behavior of their dog(s) and must ensure that their dog(s) are under control and not a threat to others at all times. 

  3. Participants must comply with all instructions given by Event staff and officials.

Health and Safety

  1. All dogs attending the Event must be up-to-date with vaccinations and free from contagious diseases.

  2. Dogs must be on a lead at all times, except for when they are participating in the provided activity.

  3. All attendees must be aged 18 years or older.

Liability

  1. Attendees enter the Event at their own risk, the Organiser and Sponsor shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons (and dogs) or property during the Event.

  2. Owners are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s) to other participants, dogs, or property.

Photography and Filming

  1. By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. The Organiser reserves the right to use such materials without further consent or compensation.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In such cases, participants may be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, at the discretion of the Organiser.

  2. No refunds will be offered for those who can no longer attend.

By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you  acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms.
