There's plenty to do this week as we edge closer to the end of summer, outdoor cinemas and events abound and will help you enjoy the daylight savings and the beautiful weather while it lasts.

Book Valentine’s Day At Mr Miyagi

The restaurant known for notorious long waits and a twist of your regular favourite Japanese cuisines is extending its arms and allowing you to book a table for one night only. Enjoy a nine-course menu with a loved one, or head out the back to their little counterpart—Yukies Bar—and have a girl’s night out with snacks and frose’. Did we mention this was one night only?

Village Coburg Drive-In Food Truck Festival

Fifty Shades Darker will be screening as this year’s couple film must-see (barf). However, teamed up with an all-star food truck line-up, this is something we can get around, and so should you.

Flickerfest Film Festival

(Short) film buffs rejoice as Flickerfest rolls into Melbourne once again. Flickerfest is a qualifying festival for the Best Short Film and Best Animation categories at the Academy Awards, so in attending you might see the next big Oscar winner from Australia.

Movies Under The Stars At Yarra’s Edge

Grab a chair and sit under the stars—it’s like camping, but not—this Thursday and head to the opening night of the open-air cinema at Yarra’s Edge. Screening La La Land, it’ll be the dreamiest Thursday you’ve had in a while.

Ever wanted to learn the art of sausage making, or maybe you want to get that backyard brewery up and running. Well, The Craft & Co have a class for that. Running classes at the very convenient after work time of 6pm, The Craft & Co’s classes cover everything from pasta and sausage making, to brewing and distilling as well as a FREE passata making class on Feb 26th.
