A salute to the heritage and spirit of Italian family cuisine by Chef Mauro Colagreco, Fiamma is nestled in the heart of Capella and is one of our favourite Italian restaurants not only in Sentosa but the whole of Singapore. Inspired by the intimate and vibrant atmosphere of an Italian family kitchen, the menu is a refreshing take on the flavours and textures you would expect from any Italian nonna’s repertoire.
Food wise, you can’t beat the braised veal shank risotto with veal jus, marjoram and saffron cream, and the cacio e pepe complete with handmade short ridged pasta, pecorino romano cheese and lashings of pepper. The char-grilled lamb cutlets with Taggiasca olive jus and gratinated polenta also deserves a special mention.

Coastes

Situated along a golden stretch of Sentosa’s Siloso Beach, the rustic charm and casual, laid-back vibe at Coastes it’s hard to beat. The restaurant has also recently unveiled a refreshed à la carte menu which features an expanded selection of hearty mains, nutritious breakfast options, tempting beach bites, juicy burgers, and so much more.
Fuel up with the Power Breakfast Bowl, a nutritious blend of fresh strawberries, marinated dragon fruit, toasted rolled oats, and pumpkin seeds served with creamy Greek yoghurt. For heartier appetites, indulge in the spam and egg sandwich, a generous portion of lightly-crisped savoury spam with juicy burnt butter pineapple, sunny-side up egg, and fresh arugula served on toasted brioche bun with caramelised onion mayo.
Brand new on the menu is a variety of risottos, made with top-quality Acquerello Italian rice. Our favourite is the orange and thyme chicken risotto with aromatic chicken infused with orange and thyme, charred corn, Grana Padano cheese, and a drizzle of vanilla bean oil.
End your meal on a sweet note with the strawberry lava cheesecake or the vanilla and blackcurrant panna cotta with basil caviar.
