Do-nut panic, but Melbourne’s littlest doughnut prince is officially hosting his first pop-up store! The teenager baking whiz behind Bistro Morgan, Morgan Hipworth, will takeover Scroll Ice-Cream’s old location on High Street from this Sunday.
Running for one week, promised hole-y pastry options will include old favourites like the Golden Gaytime, Salted Caramel & Popcorn or White Chocolate & Raspberry. A range of completely new flavours are also promised to make an appearance throughout the week.
Wash down your sugary treats with neighbours Soldier On Espresso providing coffee and AYOMO x Workshop Brothers Speciality Coffee bottled cold brews available at the Bistro Morgan pop-up.
The bare-bones space boasts just a handful of makeshift tables and seats made from upturned milk crates. A vibrant, graffiti wall features a few of Bistro Morgan’s infamous doughnut flavours. Doughnuts will also be available to takeaway.
The Bistro Morgan pop-up will run from Sunday the 18th of September until Sunday the 25th of September at 190 High Street, Windsor.
