Sunday markets are soul soothing, they bring about a kind nature you never knew you had. Especially when it’s free entry, free parking and free live music, you literally have no troubles. Queen Vic will soon enough smell of delicious curries and garlic roti that might just resemble the famous Chandni chowk of Delhi. Docklands Firelight Festival

Docklands are bringing you a new epic winter festival filled with big bonfires and fire breathers. The good news it’s FREE entry and it’ll be that warm you might actually stop complaining. Yet another fabulous winter festival in Melbourne, but hey we aren’t complaining. The Northside Winter Festival is bringing together the North and West for a fabulous lineup of live music, walking tours, pop-up cinemas, comedy, retail markets and sooo much more. It kicks off at the end of the month and the opening night will be filled with insane light projections and local artists, so all the homebodies of the South go check out the North (it won’t kill you).

Going away to a five-star ski lodge has never seemed easier with Mont Plonk’s complete takeover of Melbourne Public.
