Pick Up The Phone, Melbourne Has A Dedicated Lasagne Delivery Service

Not all heroes wear capes, but some drive early 90s sedans and deliver lasagne to your door. Known as 1800lasagne, the delivery service operates solely through Instagram DMs and phone orders. No prizes for those who can guess the number.

Locking in an order seems to be a casual, luck-of-the-draw affair, with any lasagne-hopefuls recommended to keep an eye on the elusive delivery service’s Instagram, which can be found at @1800lasagne if you didn’t already work that out.

The lasagne comes in two varieties, bolognese and vegetarian. Along with the hefty slice of layered goodness, 1800lasagne’s Instagram also touts a signature wine as an add on to your order. Die-hard fans of the service have the option of dropping some cash on a 1800lasagne t-shirt, too.

The mysterious chef is currently operating out of Theodore’s in Brunswick, where you can pick up your carby, layered, tin-foil container of the good stuff if you’re having no luck with delivery.

1800lasagne is slated to continuing servicing Melbourne’s northern burbs into the coming months, so keep an eye on their feed and stories for their next cook up.
