Apparently salami’s been around for less than 70 years in Australia, which is a darn shame because it’s delicious. And lucky for you, Preston Market’s crafty traders are coming together on Saturday, 7 September to celebrate National Salami Day. (I mean, we think every day should be National Salami Day, but I guess you can’t have it all.)

From tastings to special offers to salami making demonstrations, there will be something for every salami-loving individual out there. There’ll even be vegan-friendly options, so there’s absolutely no excuse not to get your salami on. Yes, you read that correctly: the guys at Rhubarb Rhubarb Organics will be hosting a vegan salami tasting session If that’s not your thing, you can just gorge yourself on salami pizzas and other delectable bites. So grab your mates and make a day of it.
