As certain as we are that the sun rises every morning, so too are we that NGV Friday Nights will return along with their newly-announced exhibitions.
Like previous iterations, you can expect live music, dj sets and dining which follow the theme that lean into the exhibition of the moment, which in this case is French Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Parisian-inspired dining and Euro-leaning disco? We’re not mad about it.
There is plenty to be announced, though the NGV has given us a look-in to some of the food and drink program. Champagne will of course be one star of the show with Pommery setting up a luxe champagne bar, while Yering Station Wine will bring a local influence to the French narrative of the evenings.
DJs and live music are yet to be announced, however, if previous years are anything to go by, you can expect a stacked line-up that’ll likely sell out most weeks.
Fortunately, you can avoid that classic case of FOMO and book your tickets for NGV Friday Nights for dates between Friday 4 June and Friday 1 October here. And like previous years, entry gives you access to the exhibition in full.
