Break out the lederhosen, and start practising your yodelling because Royal Melbourne Oktoberfest is back once again—and yes, there will be plenty of beer.

It all kicks off on September 22—not October, but ok—at the Royal Exhibition Building which has been home to Oktoberfest for a couple of years now after taking over from Birrarung Marr.

Royal Melbourne Oktoberfest will feature more than 50 different important German beers on offer to quench your thirst, 5 of which come directly from the Munich Oktoberfest Breweries.

You’re going to need to fill your belly as well, and of course, they’ve got you covered here as well.

Traditional dishes being served up include pork hock, bratwurst—along with other German snags—pretzels, and plenty of German pastries.

There’ll also be live entertainment from German ‘oompah’ bands, along with pretzel fräuleins, Stein and beer barrel races, yodellers, and plenty more.

Your ticket will get you into a session. Session 1 runs from 12pm – 5pm, and session 2 runs from 6:30pm – 11:30pm.

Go ahead, do your wurst.
