Prepare for an evening of gastronomical delights and artistic immersion, as SSIXX and The Everleigh join forces with chef Peter Gunn of Ides to create a dining experience like no other. 

As guests enter the multidimensional cube, the evening works in unison with the culinary mastery inclusive of a four-course dining experience, paired cocktails and beverages, and custom scents. 

Offering 14 seats for the degustation event, SSIXX presents is all about creating an environment crafted for the senses, emotions and working together with the flavours from the kitchen. 

When it comes to iconic venues, Zara and Michael Madrusan are amongst the industries best. With places such as The Everleigh, Heartbreaker and Bar Margaux, Zara has worked closely with SSIXX’s founder Philip Bucknell to provide an extraordinary experience. 

“The Everleigh is a lot about history and classic cocktail culture and escaping to this other world of the past” Zara says. “With SSIXX, we are colliding with an entirely different otherworld - a digital, technological, futuristic space. Creating this experience for diners and art lovers has been an endlessly fascinating reimagining.”

Zara and Michael along with their Made in the Shade Group have been instrumental to events such as Dior at NGV, Fourth Wall at Hellenic Museum and LATE at Australian Open 2020, plus many more. 

“SSIXX is the most exciting project The Everleigh has had in a while,” Michael says. “It’s the perfect exercise for us to move into a different realm entirely, while still maintaining the core principles of what The Everleigh is all about.” 

SSIXX presents Everleigh After is on 12 January 2021, and tickets are on sale now.
