There really is nothing better than a warm hot choccy to soothe those winter blues. So why not dedicate a whole festival to the chocolately cup of goodness?
Although the standard hot chocolate is always impressive these chocolateries are taking matters into their own hands. The chocolateries will showcase 31 flavours over 31 days this August and you can expect some seriously delicious cups of warmth.
We’re talking French Vanilla, Spicy Pumpkin Chai, Cookies and Cream, Triple Chocolate Brownie, White Chocolate and Mint Madness. If none of those particularly take your fancy then there is talk of a few adventurous and interactive hot chocolates (perhaps a fountain of hot choc, who knows?)
Presumably a warm cup of hot chocolate always has a sweet treat friend by its side and this hot choc fest is no exception. There’ll be marshmallow smores, hot croissants, and hot gaytimes, that is essentially hot caramel toffee poured into milk chocolate served with a vanilla ice cream popsicle (love reacts).
Oh and if you can't quite decide on your dream hot chocolate then there will be tasting sessions available for all those budding hot chocolate experts.
Best of all, its free entry and free chocolate tastings so you can save those pennies for all the take home tray’s you’ll most definitely be getting. With both destinations either under or just over an hour, this road trip is totally worthwhile.
Go get you chocolate on.
