Pleasuredome The Musical

What you’re about to witness is part of musical history! Immerse yourself into the Manhattan streetscape that’s made its home in Avondale. Christmas Festival Day

Santa is touching down at Snowplanet yet again for the delightful Christmas Festival Day. Bring the whole family along as Santa makes his grand arrival at 11am, join the kids in making Christmas cards and build mini wreaths to kick off the house decorations! While you wait for that iconic family pic with Santa, hit the slopes or relax in the 7 Summits Restaurant with a hot drink!

Ellen Melville Centre Community Open Day

There’s a new inner-city community hub opening and it’s buzzing with things to do! Check out the beautifully refurbished and recently reopened community centre right in the middle of the city. Summer’s just around the corner, and it’s looking like the perfect place to chill out on a busy summer day in the city. The open day will be full to the brim with live entertainment, DJs, circus, theatre, hip-hop and art demonstrations as well as language and fitness lessons!

The Original Gypsy Fair

For over a quarter of a century this fair has been travelling New Zealand and it's back in West Auckland! Watch world-renowned glass blower Geoff Brunker skilfully transforming molten glass into works of art, get inked or pierced (or both!), tick off the Christmas list with some handmade soaps, balms, oils and soy candles! Of course, they haven’t skimped on the fairground food with an abundance of burgers, cakes, candyfloss and dangerously addictive fudge! The kids will be kept well-entertained as they run wild through the obstacle course, face painting, body art, old school toys and live music for everyone to enjoy.

Dinner At French Bay

Setting up shop outside of the Yacht Club, this is the gourmet street food dinner you’ve been looking for! Base FM DJ Chris Mouth Grassmouth will be providing the chill beats while you enjoy some Auckland fave food trucks like Mama Tahina, Otehrside, Puha and Pakeha, Mister Gelato and The Fab Truck!
