Get excited, Auckland! A slurp-licious food festival is coming to Auckland and we’ve got a sneaky suspicion you’ll gonna want to be there.
Yep, the infamous Night Noodle Markets are coming to Auckland—huzzah!
Originating over the ditch in Australia, the markets have been dishing up noodley delights for a staggering 18 years. The markets made their way to New Zealand this year, with festivals in Christchurch, Wellington and Queenstown…and now it’s Auckland’s turn!
For five nights, from November 30 to December 4, the Night Noodle Markets will be taking over Victoria Park.
Showcasing the mouth-watering tastes of Asia, the pop-up market will feature dumplings, curries and—of course—oodles of noodles. Our advice? Arrive hungry and don a bib because things are gonna get delightfully messy!
What’s more, they’ll also be live entertainment that promises to be bold, loud and eye-catching. Think dragon dancers, taiko drummers and more.
Entry is FREEEE with dishes prices between $5 and $15. The event is licensed (no BYO just FYI) so you’ll be able to wash you noodles down with a cold bevvy.
Let’s just say, this is one event we’re pho excited for! See you there, noodle heads.
