Ceremony is back! Well, kind of.
Our intel has it that there's a brand-spankin' new eatery opening up from the creators of legendary, cult sandwich joint—Ceremony.
Williams Eatery is opening this March in the prime location on Wynyard Quarter, we are anticipating this establishment to be something pretty damn spesh. The design of the space is in collaboration with Mille Design, with polished concrete floors, natural wooden furnishings from Ben Glass Furniture and hand-blown glass pendant lights from Monmouth Glass Studio. They're even nailing the tiniest deets, down to the handmade ceramics your meals will be served in made by Hayley Bridgford.
With chef Reginald Richard at the helm, formerly of Odettes Eatery and with his focus set on quality produce served up in a contemporary yet simple style, who knows what kind of gastronomic delights they've got in store for us.
You might like to know that this new hot spot will be serving up your organic and ethically sourced Flight Coffee in 100% compostable packaging by Innocent Packaging aaand they're even putting in a composting site into their garden #ecowarriors. If coffee is not your jam then don't fret because we're sure one of the beers from the Sawmill Brewery they have stocked up in their fridge will tickle your taste buds.
So with all of this said, we just cannot wait to see what else this talented bunch have in store for us. Stay tuned for their opening on March 14. It's gonna be a goodie.
