Where To Get The Best Juices In Auckland

Juice, juice baby.‘Tis the season to be healthy, ‘tis the season to be juicy, or to drink juice at least.

Juices are one health fad we can’t get enough of. They’re better than smoothies for those with digestion issues, as the goodness of your juice goes straight to your bloodstream, so you literally have veges surging through your body. Or something like that. If you’re starting 2017 with a healthy resolution, then we recommend starting with juices. We’ve already done the health yards of testing the best in the biz, and have rounded up the best juices in Auckland.

Sip Kitchen

Newmarket & Mairangi Bay

One of our fave go-tos is Sip Kitchen. Even though it’s been open a while in the ‘burbs on the North Shore, it recently found its fame opening in Newmarket. And, if you’re into healthy food as a whole, this is one place you must check out. While its juices may seem small, they’re certainly packed with a punch. Filled with flavour (organic and wholesome may we add), we can’t go past the Turmerific—turmeric, ginger, orange, apple and carrot. Delish!

Well + Good

Newmarket & Ponsonby

Well + Good not only serves up fresh juices on the daily, they also offer juice cleanses. So if you want to go the full nine yards and do a one, three, or five day cleanse, this is a great option. Or, if you’d prefer to ease your body into it with just one juice, we very highly recommend the ‘number 3’, featuring beetroot, carrot, green apple, lemon and ginger combined.

Green Leaf Organics

Known for its specialty in juices, and in particular green juices, we’re pretty huge fans of Green Leaf Organics. Pay a visit to their hidden café in Kingsland and order yourself a fresh green juice. They also whip up some pretty delish raw treats!

Little Bird Unbakery

Ponsonby, Britomart

Considered both the king and queen of raw food and healthy eating, there’s no denying Little Bird Unbakery has one of the finest selections of juices around town. ‘The Squeezery’ is Little Bird’s own drinks' range that, juices aside, also has nut milks, iced teas, tonics and cold-brew coffees. But since it’s the juice we’re talking about here, the sunrise will have you ready to tackle the day (note: carrots, tangelo, turmeric, lemon and goji).

Auckland City

Good food and fresh juice, that’s what we like to see when we’re looking for a health fix and Misters provides us with just that. There’s just four juices on offer—beet and ginger, carrot and turmeric root, green juice, and citruse— we dare you to make it your mission to try them all!

Ceres Fresh Market

Mount Wellington

Recently relocated to Mount Wellington, the Ceres Fresh Market juice bar makes their goodness right in front of you and experts say juice is best drunk within 30 minutes to get the most nutritional benefits. The menu changes seasonally, so you can be sure to get some fresh summer fruit and veg in your juice.

City Works Depot

If you’re a bit of a rookie when it comes to juicing and the idea of drinking beetroot sounds worse than eating dirt, then Odettes is the place for you. The City Works Depot venue has a juice menu comprised of four flavours with two being straight up orange or apple juice. If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, try the ‘Shed 5’, which includes pineapple, apple and ginger, or the ‘Energiser’, which is a delicious sensation of carrot, apple and ginger. Mmm!

Raw Power Café

Auckland City

A little less fancy than your usual juice bar, Raw Power Café should not be judged by its cover. Hidden up some stairs along Vulcan Lane in the CBD, Raw Power Café is great if you need a quick fix that’s fresh. They’ve got three different flavours that are made to order and the additional option of an organic wheatgrass shot to get the extra health boost.
