UPDATE: New restaurants and exciting menus have been announced at Taste of Perth. Lucky Chans and The Shorehouse will be making their debut at this year's festival and you'll be able to chow down on tasty dishes like teriyaki short rib (Print Hall), pig head tacos (Asado) and yellowtail sashimi (Nobu).
It’s that time of year again when us foodies lick our lips in anticipation for the annual Taste of Perth in partnership with Electrolux—and we can confirm that this year is set to be one of the most delicious yet! Bringing together Perth’s top chefs, artisans and producers, the three-day event will be a true feast for the senses.
Kicking off on Friday 29 April at Langley Park in Perth, you’ll get to rub shoulders with the gastronomical gurus from Manuka Wood Fire (new for 2016!), Asado, Bib & Tucker, Nobu, Print Hall, Silks and Bistro Guillaume (with more to be announced!), plus you’ll get to taste and sip on goodies from over 70 producers at the Taste of Perth Artisan Market. There’ll be live entertainment, epic foodie experiences and plenty of food and drink to go around.

#1 Learn New Tricks At Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets
For the first time at Taste of Perth you’ll have the opportunity to cosy up next to some of Perth’s best chefs and learn how to create one of their signature dishes. You’ll learn all about sustainable farming and the different cuts of beef and lamb you can incorporate into your recipe repertoire, as well as witnessing a cooking demo.
