Wild Turkey Cocktails & Southern Menu At The Norfolk
The Norfolk is heading south this month, with a southern-inspired menu that’s embracing all things Wild Turkey—plus there’s a few cocktails to match. When it comes to food, you’ll want to order one of everything—from the candied Wild Turkey peanuts to the bourbon maple glazed chicken wings, and the smoked beef brisket sliders with spicy bourbon sauce and gruyere cheese. Kentucky Nights At The Stables
Head to The Stables this month to breathe in the Kentucky spirit. There are cocktail specials available throughout the entire month, with a signature serve of Wild Turkey and apple, and the tasty Jimmy’s Boulevardier (Wild Turkey 101, barrel-aged Campari and rosso vermouth). There will also be a bourbon-spiked food menu available from 4pm, featuring beer battered crispy wings (with ranch cheese and Wild Turkey BBQ Sauce), bourbon basted lamb BBQ sticky ribs, and maple smoked beef brisket sliders. For entertainment, Rusty Pinto two-piece blues and roots band will take to the stage from 5.30pm. Bring on Thursday night!
